Suggestions and comments are always welcome and can be directed to any member of the staff or sent to the Primary Care Manager.

Everyone at Bellevue is committed to providing the highest standard of health care to our practice population. Inevitably misunderstandings or grievances can occur from time to time. These are usually best dealt with informally by discussion with, or writing to, our Primary Care Manager, Lindsay Hatch. Leaflets advising ‘how to complain’ are available from reception.
